At Bhumi Bliss, we are rooted in your satisfaction. We take immense pride in the Real, Raw, and Radiant quality of our natural products. Because our products are handcrafted and personal in nature, we have established the following guidelines to ensure fairness and safety for all our customers.

1. Returns & Exchange

Due to the artisanal and personal nature of our soaps and skincare products, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used. This ensures that every product reaching our customers meets the highest hygiene and safety standards.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Your bliss is our priority. If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or if you received the wrong item, we are here to make it right.

Please inspect your order upon reception.

Please include your order number and a photo of the damaged/incorrect product.

We will ship a replacement to you immediately at no extra cost.

3. Refund

Refunds are only issued in the event that a replacement for a damaged or incorrect item is unavailable.

Once approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Skin Sensitivities

We believe in the power of nature, but we understand that every skin type is unique. We highly recommend reading our ingredient lists carefully and performing a patch test before full use.

Bhumi Bliss is not responsible for individual skin reactions to specific natural ingredients.

If you have a known allergy to any of the botanicals mentioned, please consult with us before purchasing.

5. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 2 hours of purchase before it enters our shipping ritual. Once a tracking number has been generated, we are unable to cancel the order.
